We began our entrepreneurship journey 12 years ago, and we immersed ourselves in marketing a few years earlier. Today, our team consists of Branko, Dragan, Tereza, Ivan, Iva, Nicole and Vanessa. Let’s get to know each other.

Branko Mejak

CEO

Branko has more than 15 years of experience as an SEM and SEO specialist.

For five years, he led a team of SEM experts and digital marketing for one of the largest tourist tour operators in Croatia. He handled a wide range of annual PPC budgets from $5,000+ to $500,000+ with the goal of achieving the best possible return on investment (ROI) for hundreds of clients in different markets.

Besides being a passionate SEM, Branko is also a collector of books and comics, he likes mountain biking, barbecues and beer with friends.

Dragan Barišić

DIGITAL ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Dragan found his passion in creating SEO and SEM strategies, with a focus on e-commerce and tourism. He has more than 12 years of experience in B2B and B2C sales and marketing and has worked on more than 200 projects with small and large clients around the world. In Mijena, among other things, he is responsible for project planning, communication with clients and team coordination.

As a HiFI enthusiast, in his free time he enjoys the music that comes from gramophone records.

Tereza Šegala Pažin

SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST

Our multilingual social media expert is in charge of creating a communication strategy, managing social media for all our clients, and consulting and training in the aforementioned area.

Tereza is a big fan of photography, foreign languages and video games, and she likes to spend her free time in nature with four-legged friends.

Ivan Percan

SEO SPECIALIST

Ivan is first and foremost a WordPress developer and ambitious problem solver, and then an SEO expert. With more than 11 years of experience, he has raised a large number of websites and web stores to enviable levels in terms of technical properties, user experience and additional features.

He is responsible for technical analysis of websites and shops, creation and implementation of SEO strategies. He continuously develops his skills in the field of SEO analysis and optimization, which he applies to each subsequent web project.

Iva Horvat

DIGITAL ART SPECIALIST

Iva is a designer of everything a client can imagine - from banners for Google and Facebook, to designing billboards, 3D models, video creation to visuals on buildings and motion graphics.

Iva has a Master of Arts in New Technologies for Art and Multimedia Design, which she obtained at the Academy of Fine Arts in Venice.

Nicole Vukmir

PPC SPECIALIST

Nicole has a master's degree in economics from the field of marketing in tourism, and has many years of student experience in working with people, especially in the field of tourism. She became interested in marketing during her studies, and digital marketing is a segment in which she particularly wants to develop. In addition, she is a big fan of travel and new cultures, astronomy and astrology. If she is not traveling, she likes to spend her free time in nature with some company or a pet, a good thriller book or a horror movie.

Vanessa Siljan

DIGITAL MARKETING ASSISTANT

Vanessa is a master's degree graduate in computer science with years of experience working on various projects during her studies related to user interface and user experience design, website development in WordPress, and digital marketing. Her interest in digital marketing developed during her studies, and she focused her thesis on a campaign related to preparing healthy recipes.

In her free time, she enjoys cooking and baking. She also loves walking in nature or swimming.
